Returning to a familiar corridor brings a chance to ask what has changed, and what still needs to work better.
The Kabisa prime mover journey to Nairobi forms a distinct part of Road to Africa’s 2026 activity, covering 3,200 kilometres on the Nairobi–Addis Ababa round trip. It builds on the corridor first explored by the Road to Addis convoy in October 2025.
Heavy-duty vehicles bring the conversation closer to the realities of regional freight: charging access, reliable power, route planning, operating schedules and the coordination required at borders.
Working with Kabisa connects the demonstration with an operator’s perspective, keeping the focus on what implementation requires on the ground.
